Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Elan Gelfand

1. Overview

 

At Elan Gelfand, I aim to provide valuable content, resources, and experiences through my book, podcast, community, and coaching programs. Because many of these products are digital or service-based, refunds are not automatically guaranteed — however, in certain cases, I may issue a partial or full refund at my sole discretion.

 

2. Digital Products and Downloads

 

All purchases of digital materials — including guides, frameworks, courses, or bonus resources, are final once delivered or accessed.

 

That said, I understand that issues can occur. If you experience a technical problem or believe you have a valid reason for a refund, you may contact me at elan@elangelfand.com.
Refunds for digital products may be granted partially or in full, but only after I personally review and authorize the request.

 

3. Coaching or Consulting Services

 

Payments made for coaching or consulting sessions are non-refundable once a session is confirmed.

 

If you need to reschedule, please email at least 24 hours in advance.
In special cases (such as emergencies or double bookings), I may authorize a partial or full refund at my discretion.

 

4. Community Memberships or Subscriptions

 

Community and membership access (including mindset challenges or ongoing programs) may be canceled at any time.

 

You’ll retain access through the end of your billing period and will not be billed again.
Because members receive immediate access to exclusive materials, refunds are not guaranteed — but I may approve one if circumstances warrant it and I determine it’s appropriate.

 

5. Book Purchases or Preorders

 

All book sales and preorders are final.

 

If you didn’t receive your free chapter or bonus materials, please reach out so I can resend them.

 

In rare cases (such as duplicate charges or system errors), I may issue a refund after reviewing the situation.

 

6. Refund Requests

 

If you believe a refund is appropriate, please send a written request to:

Include your name, order details, and reason for the request.

 

Refunds are reviewed individually and may be approved in full, partially, or declined, at my sole discretion.

 

All authorized refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

 

7. Policy Updates

 

This Refund Policy may be updated to reflect new offers, services, or legal requirements.

 

The “Effective Date” above shows the most recent revision.

I appreciate your trust and support.

 

While I can’t guarantee refunds in every situation, I’m committed to fairness and will always evaluate each case personally.
