- If you opt in to my weekly mindset newsletter, I will send you mindset content, podcast announcements, community links, coaching offers, and related updates.
- If you opt in to receive Chapter 1 of my book and book launch updates, I will send you the free chapter and subsequent updates, free resources, bonuses, and book-related promotional content. You will not be added to the main newsletter unless you check the optional box and confirm via double opt-in.
To monitor, analyse and improve how visitors use the Website — e.g., to improve content, optimize performance, and serve more relevant offers.
To support advertising and remarketing efforts via Facebook Pixel and related tools.
To perform administrative and legal functions (security, fraud prevention, compliance with laws).

4. Email opt-in practices

When you submit your email via the Website:

You will clearly see a form to opt in (either for the weekly mindset newsletter, or for the free Chapter 1 + book launch updates).
In the case of the book chapter opt-in, there is an optional, unchecked box to also join the main newsletter; you must manually check it and complete a double opt-in to be added to the main list.
After you confirm the opt-in, I will send the promised free chapter (if applicable) and the type of updates you signed up for.
You may unsubscribe at any time via a link in every email or by contacting me (see Section 9).
I will not sell your email address. I will not add you to email communications you did not explicitly opt into.

5. Sharing your information & third-party services

I use ConvertKit to manage and send emails.
I use the Facebook Pixel (via Facebook/Meta) for advertising/analytics.
I use automation tools (e.g., Zapier) which may process data on my behalf.
These third-party services process your data under their own privacy policies and only as necessary for the services they provide.
I do not sell your personal information for monetary gain.
If your data is shared with a third party outside of these services, I will describe that clearly at the time of collection (if needed).
